Our membership of the TM Forum (TeleManagement Forum) further extends our understanding of our industry and empowers us to contribute to continual improvement through the GBA (Global Billing Association).
The organization is non-profit-making and consists of over 400 members in 50+ countries. The strategic plan for this group is to look at likely trends and developments over the next 2-3 years, looking at the key issues affecting service and network management.
Our membership of the TMF enables us to better understand and anticipate industry trends, provides us with a valuable voice in shaping the standards and supports our delivery of innovative products to market.
