Andy Peers: Head of Managed Services
Andy has more than 10 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry with a solid background in IT, finance and revenue assurance services. In recent years he has been responsible for the outsourced delivery of billing/CRM to operators including BT Retail and Thus.
Andy is responsible for the management of our dedicated managed services team. He also drives the provision of established interfaces connecting all major networks, fulfilment houses, credit agencies, print bureaus and banks.
Andy’s experience has provided him with considerable expertise in successfully implementing MVNOs and he is lead for our Telco in a Box enabler services.
Through his work in Australia, the USA and Europe, Andy has international telecommunications experience, working on major projects with operators, service providers and MVNOs.
