Business Analyst
Your Background/Experience
- Previous Involvement with large software implementation project.
- OR previous involvement with software configuration, exposure to telecoms industry, billing or call centre experience.

Your Job Purpose
- To identify and propose solutions around customer needs, product strategy, delivery and evaluation of business analysis services for staff internally and for our customers based in the UK and abroad.
- This role offers a variety of tasks, including requirements gathering, producing scoping documents, Business Cases, solution shaping, supporting pre-sales activities, and providing consultancy to existing customers

Your Responsibilities:
- CIF (Change request) management including the following
- requirements gathering and documentation
- hosting solution workshops
- change management, risk and issue management,
- Attending SD workshops and other development support during detailed design and system test support.
- Providing consultancy involving impact analysis, dealing with requests for information, offering Pre-Sales Support.
- Process definition, this involves business process re-design/alignment, providing business process definition, review, and implementation.
- Developing customer relationships, utilising points of contact and attending meetings to understand customer business/requirements
- Data analysis / data mapping / data modelling where required
- Involvement in product development, including competitor analysis, industry/market analysis, product research, business case production and presentation.
- BA Team Tasks, prompt and accurate submission of timesheets

Salary Range:
£25,000 - £29,000
