Gary Steen joined the senior management team of Martin Dawes Systems during its emergence from Martin Dawes Telecommunications, and progressed to the Board of Directors in 2007.

Gary leads a world-class team and has responsibility for overall solution and product design, including application architecture and the future technological direction of our portfolio. He drives new development and has brought to market innovations including eSuite and the Business Process Engine. In addition, Gary leads continual improvement and enhancement across our product set, ensuring lifetime value for our customers.

New markets and technologies are a key area of Gary's focus for the business. At Martin Dawes Telecommunications he worked on design and implementations for several large international projects including Vodafone UK, Telstra Australia and Orange France. Gary now works closely with the technical and business areas of customers and partners across our markets, ensuring our solutions deliver the widest and richest benefits.

Gary recently worked on the design and implementation of our inflight solution for Aircell in the United States, instrumental in bringing to market the world's largest air-to-ground WiFi network, and continues to instigate resolutions to our industry’s biggest challenges.
