ACN
The European division of USA-based ACN uses diseMP to manage fixed-line customers across Europe from its headquarters in the Netherlands. It operates out of Amsterdam and has regional call centres from which diseMP is used to support its customers.
The various countries in which ACN operates exist on a single server. The database is partitioned allowing the company to use one installation of diseMP for multiple countries and networks.
We develop interfaces for each country and the respective individual networks, payment clearing houses and credit referencing agencies.
