We supply billing and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to O2 UK for its business, corporate and SME subscribers.
This follows the successful implementation of our customer management system. The project involved the implementation of the latest version of our billing and CRM solution for use by over 3000 end-users in customer care, sales and marketing among other areas.
