Martin Dawes Systems’ Managed Services meets internationally recognized standards of quality
Complete ISO 9001:2000 and TickIT certification across the organization emphases dedication to meeting internationally recognised levels of quality.
Warrington, UK, 17th April 2007: Martin Dawes Systems, an international provider of billing, customer care and revenue assurance solutions for the communications market, today announces the completion of its extended ISO 9001:2000 and TickIT a certification with the International Organization for Standardization. The successful completion of the audit confirms Martin Dawes Systems adheres to standards of quality that are recognized and respected throughout the world.
Initially certified in 2002 to ISO 9001:2000 and TickIT, the scope of the certification now also includes the company’s award-winning Managed Services.
The certification is recognition that Martin Dawes Systems follows a rigorous quality management system. This enables the company to better understand clients’ requirements and ensure its managed service is delivered to the highest specifications. This is further supported by the TickIT registration, which is the translation of the ISO standards for the IT industry, to support the design and development of enterprise management solutions.
