Our BPE offers a dynamic and efficient mechanism to automate labour-intensive processes, including fixed-line and broadband provisioning, order management and service provisioning.

It can orchestrate all the stages of order handling and provisioning, from initial receipt and validation through to delivery. The progress of an electronic order is exposed through the Process Management User Interface, providing visibility of the progress of the order as it proceeds through your business. The system itself is managed through the System Admin User Interface that enables log management and scheduling to control process changes.
