Hierarchies
diseMP provides multi-level account hierarchies designed to meet sophisticated organizational structures, multi-user groups and families.
There are four levels of registration:
- Group Level allows registration of large companies that may have multiple subsidiaries.
- Corporate Level allows control over a larger organization which may have a chain of stores, depots or regional office for example.
- Account Level logically represents one or more subscriptions. This may be required by a small business with several units but requiring centralized control eg: company department.
- Subscription Level is the lowest level of registration available and can include mobile phone number, landline number, cable subscription, broadband subscription, etc.
Multi-service Support
The convergence of internet and mobile technology has brought with it new networks and network services for subscribers; diseMP offers total convergence. In addition to mobile, fixed-line, broadband and WiFi services, diseMP will support value added services such as satellite and cable TV, content, mobile advertising and mobile payments.
Invoice Enquiry
diseMP CRM facilitates the production of bill reprints and allows on-demand enquiries regarding invoices, statements and itemized bills.
Usage & Balance Management
Through diseMP CRM you can view billed and unbilled usage and inclusive allowance allocations; essential information for subscribers with real-time services.
Martin Dawes Systems’ Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) application is a call management utility for service centres utilizing the diseMP billing and CRM system. CTI delivers efficiency and personalization in the handling of inbound customer calls, automatically populating the adviser’s screen with the caller’s details.
