The diseMP system provides interfaces to our Self Service eSuite. Our eSuite is a range of stand-alone products designed to augment the service extended by service providers, easing the burden on call centres, reducing bill production costs, enhancing customer experience and improving business efficiency. The eSuite applications can be provided pre-integrated with diseMP or offered as stand-alone products for integration with other third-party systems.
