Client Services
MDS has a dedicated Customer Relationship Team (CRT) who are responsible for building and sustaining strong customer relationships and providing direct support, working with them to identify Project & Development, create pricing and proposals and contract management. The CRT is independent of each Operational Service Delivery area and provides governance around delivery to provide a cohesive service. Customer satisfaction measurements are owned by the CRT who also conduct monthly customer reviews to measure actual performance against customer perception.
