Based on their findings they will provide a High Level Design (HLD) and formal pricing proposal consistent with the strategic vision of your business. A dedicated project manager coordinates the implementation activities, including billing system and interface builds, testing and training.
Post-launch, we provide an invaluable business resource: a Customer Operations Manual unique to your solution and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This is a step-by-step definition of your entire Managed Service and describes the infrastructure, processes and SLAs in detail, giving a clear view and reference guide for exactly how the service will operate. Areas of responsibility are defined clearly to help ensure every process is carried out.
