Subscription Core Package
This Managed Service package defines the fundamental in-life services delivered as part of the basic monthly management investment.
As a Managed Service customer you will be allocated a named Account Manager for the lifetime of your contract with Martin Dawes Systems. To promote uninterrupted continuity of critical business operations, your Account Manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on SLAs and heading up the monthly Service Review Board to evaluate performance against SLAs. Included in the Subscription Core package is the standard Martin Dawes Systems Service Desk support.
You will not have to worry about the maintenance of any aspect of the billing solution or infrastructure. Performance is constantly monitored to ensure the customer experience is not affected. Extensive fault management processes make certain that, in the unlikely event of a fault, it will be flagged and resolved with the minimum impact.
Our billing and CRM solution utilizes a single integrated database that stores all information pertaining to the system and its customers, enabling your business to access key MIS data through over 30 standard reports.
Our Managed Service provides access to a state-of-the-art infrastructure comprising fully scalable and resilient hardware platforms. Martin Dawes Systems offers professional hardware management of servers and communications equipment via its partnerships with leading and well-established hosting companies that provide high quality service to a large customer base.
