This Managed Service package offers optional added value services and enhanced support options, including service level upgrades, disaster recovery solutions and product extensions.

The Subscription Enhanced package provides service flexibility where the needs of your organization demand it; increased server availability for prepaid services, non-business hours graphical user interface (GUI) access for global support, additional concurrent user access to the GUI for “blue-chip” support.

For larger operators running business critical operations, disaster recovery options will form an integral part of the Managed Service offering. "High availability" provides the complete duplication of data from the live server, software, operating system and communication lines, offering hot swap failover redundancy at the primary hosting centre. For absolute peace of mind, geographic redundancy can offer hot swap failover redundancy at a secondary, geographically remote site.

Operators wishing to broaden their service offering can take advantage of our product extensions, including Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) for more efficient inbound call handling, SelfCare for personal account administration and Web Services access for the seamless integration of third-party products.
